Bonnie Kremer-McCafferty joined B & K in 2004. Bonnie is a native to the Jersey Shore and has lived and worked here most of her life. She grew up in a family run Marine Construction Company, which is one of the oldest and most successful in the area, so she knows the waterfront. Never staying too far from the water, she graduated from Salva Regima University in Newport, RI, and traveled to various ports on the East Coast and Carribean while working on a private yacht. Rory Joyce joined B&K at the Normandy Office 6 years ago. She has very much enjoyed getting to know residents of the Normandy and South Mantoloking community and helping with their real estate transactions. She has assisted clients in rentals and many waterfront sales both as a buyer's and seller's agent.

Rory also creates the monthly Beach Buzz publication which is available at all the offices and some retail outlets.

Ron Byer joined B&K Real Estate in 2002 following a successful career in management. Alan joined B & K in Februrary of 2003 working out of the Normandy Beach and Mantoloking offices.

Prior to joining B & K, Alan was president of Carat Exchange, a cooporate barter company located in NYC. His marketing and sales experience include management positions at CBS, CNBC, BBDO and Y & R.

Locally, Alan has served as a borough of Mantoloking councilman for the last 8 years and is a lecturer and member of All Saints Church in Bay Head.

Tara is a life long resident of the jersey shore. She resides in point pleasant with her husband and three children. Tara joined B&K's point pleasant beach office in december 2004. Lee Reilly, sales associate, has been servicing clients at the Normandy Beach Office of B&K since its opening. She was initially employed as the secratary for the office and completed her real estate licensing requirements and has been a licensed realtor ever since.

Lee Reilly has been a homeowner on the barrier island since 1965 and a permanent all year round resident since 1992. She has lived on the oceanfront as well as the bayfront and is intimately familiar with all issues facing the home buyer and renter in any location on the barrier island.
