Bonnie Kremer-McCafferty joined Van Sciver Realtors in 2004. Bonnie is a native to the Jersey Shore and has lived and worked here most of her life. Rory Joyce joined Van Sciver Realtors at the Normandy Office 6 years ago. She has very much enjoyed getting to know residents of the Normandy and South Mantoloking community and helping with their real estate transactions. A Summer resident of Seaside Park for 40 years, Candace and her husband joined the island community as year round residents after their two children finished school in Holmdel, NJ.

Coinciding with the move, Candace decided to make a career change. She left the Matawan-Aberdeen school system after ten years and began pursuing a real estate license.
